Annoying character! I need a name?

She's like the character in a book that even the reader hates, that gets under your skin and messes up the protagonist's plans. She is a clmate at the academy the main character is attending, she is unhappy inside and is slender, has thin, pale blonde hair and green eyes. I was thinking Ellis, it sounds kinda elegant, but this takes place in a "different world". Any suggestions?
