BLACKJACK BLACKJACK!about the true count!?

Im playing in manila, and the shoes here are either painted so you cant see how many cards are left. or are shuffled by machines, wherein the dealer puts the used cards back to the machine immediately after use. So how do i figure out how many cards are still unplayed or remaining??
