How to win the war in Iraq w/o US causlities & w/o cutting & running?

Great idea! Or maybe not. So tell me, do you really think Iran especially and Syria will sit by and do nothing with the American military amed on their borders? The federal government won't allow us to secure our own borders, what makes you think they will let us try to secure the Iraqi borders?
