Why are the OPEC,Saudi Arabia, Libya and other muslim countries quiet about Iran's killing of innocent people?

There is a wild and major protests in the streets and on the houses' roof top about the peoples' disgust over the result of Iran's rigged election and Ayatullah Khameine in defiance to the people's revolt ordered the killing at random some protesters ( about 500 already!) and the imprisonment of political leaders and supporters. Thank God we have Ayatullah Rafsanjani who favored with the major people's protest. I wonder why the OPEC countries specially SAudi Arabia, Libya, Syria or Indodesia are silent or mum about the wanton violation of human rights?
