Diffusion of a starch-glucose solution through dialysis tubing?

The test strip will change colors when sugar is present. Iodine will turn starch purple or purple-black color. If the starch-glucose solution is inside the bag, glucose will diffuse through the membrane and produce a color change in the solution outside the membrane. The iodine test will remain negative for the solution outside the membrane.
