Does anyone know this movie name?

I can't remember the name of it, I saw it a longgg time ago. it has hugh grant and it's a british romantic comedy. I only really remember my favorite scene. he's looking at a girl he likes and then finally approaches her table nervously/charmingly. I know that is an extremely vague description but it's been bother me :)
