Jump rope or go biking. You should be able to go running and honestly, that would be the best thing to do if you have a tiny budget. You have enough time to go on the computer and probably watch TV, so just take 30 minutes away from all of that to go out for a run. It's also not very good to base your target body off of a celebrity, because some of them are just plain unhealthy. Try going for just feeling more toned and losing some fat off your body.
