yes that video card will work your computer comes with an agp slot so it is compatible i did the research. but you can handle alot more that just 128 mb i have a 512 mb card in mine and its rockin on a 2.8 ghz p4 and from my research i think you have a 2.6 ghz so it is ok to go higher than 128
