In need of reasonibly priced can spotlights?

I am getting married in 3 months and want to have my walls at the reception venue illuminated in pink ( saw it on wedding shows) I think they use can spotlights but I am having trouble finding them. Can anyone help or does anyone know if I am even looking for the right thing to achieve the look that i am going for. Thanks in advance!!
