Is catholicism the only messianic religion? the only one that is waiting for someone to come ?

All of Christianity is waiting for the second coming of Christ. The Jews are waiting for the first coming of their Messiah, and the Muslims are waiting for the coming of the Mehdi, so I would have to answer no.
