(long Q) In a rutt! - Life IS stressful..NEED tips on keeping strong?

You must set yourself 3 personal targets that you want to achieve (and make sure these are achievable and not pie in the sky). Now you have to plan how to meet these goals. Concentrate on this plan as your immediate action and do all you can to make it happen. Once you achieved one of of your targets add a new one to the list and keep on going from there. If necessary re-plan or change targets but keep on going until all your personal goals are met.
