Question about graphic card?

I am going to buy ATI Radeon 9550 Pro 128 MB AGP. But I have heard that it is compatible with 64-bit interface. What is this bit interace? How do I know what my computer's interface is? Will it work with my comp?My OS is Win XP Service Pack 2.
