A Question about pregnancy and a pap smare?

So i had a pap smear today ( routine where i live) and I'm 14 weeks and 2 days pregnant, any ways i went to the movies with a friend and after the movie i went to the washroom, I noticed that I had some white discharge that was i guess you can say tainted pink, it wasn't alot but it was very noticeable. After i peed and wiped ( sorry TMI i know) there was some blood Again not a bunch but noticeable,it was two colors there was a splotch of brown, and the rest was pink. Now i have been cramping and have been for a little over a week, i mentioned that at the dr's today and he wants to do an ultrasound tomorrow. so that is booked with the ultrasound clinic. I'm just wondering if it is normal to bleed after a pap smear? or if i have something to worry about? thanks so much!
